Computerized brain health assessments
SportGait offers comprehensive brain health assessments that accurately measure core elements of cognitive function, including memory, attention, reasoning and verbal abilities. Dr. Alden will use these measures to assess, monitor and manage core areas of cognition that are key to mental health and wellness. Along with functional measures related to gait, balance and VOMS to coordinate evaluation and management of brain injuries and post-concussion syndrome.
Traumatic Brain Injury Testing and Treatment
Atlas Concussion Testing was co-founded by Dr. Alden in 2016 to offer state of the art biomarkers that can objectively measure blood brain barrier permeability, which occurs during concussive events. They have also designed testing and treatment protocols that have been successfully implemented for retired athletes suffering with Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE). Dr. Alden speaks/teaches his Predict, Prevent, and Prevail over CTE to health care professionals all over the country on his mission to "Save as many brains as possible, by changing the paradigm of concussion management, globally".
